Great company Local work Awesome compensation plan Job Details Qualifications: Minimum 5-7 years of commercial/multifamily construction experience in estimating, common code requirements, and design/build estimating and preconstruction, with a concentration in large commercial construction Strong business development background, interacting with clients regularly Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience Experience with computerized estimating systems and software Strong conceptual estimating skills Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
