DPS is now hiring a Retail Sales Worker for a Facility in Highland Park, IL. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.
Retail Sales Worker Job Details:
Schedule: 11:30am - 8:00pm (Days vary)
Location: 777 Park Avenue West, Highland Park, IL 60035
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + (based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize merchandise and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the retail location
- Provide customer service and assist guests with questions or purchases
- Process sales transactions and handle cash as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and product restocking
- Follow store procedures and safety guidelines
- Support daily retail operations and additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Basic math and counting skills required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
