Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee sector performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Own sector performance by monitoring trends, providing coaching, and driving process improvements Represent operations during major customer meetings and partner with various teams to shape SOPs and support revenue initiatives Manage training and enablement efforts, ensuring new hires are effectively onboarded and trained Required Qualifications Proven experience managing high-performing operations teams in time-critical logistics or supply chain environments Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for team outcomes, including hiring and compensation decisions Strong cross-functional influence and ability to align diverse teams without formal authority Experience managing distributed teams across various time zones with 24/7 coverage models Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
