Remote Imaging Records Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized Entry-Level Imaging Records Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing , managing digital imaging files for healthcare partners.

This role is perfect for someone who wants exposure to radiology workflows. You’ll gain real-world experience labeling imaging results, linking reports to correct records, verifying imaging timestamps, and supporting imaging requests — all while being trained by professionals familiar with PACS and radiology documentation.

What You’ll Do

Organize and label imaging files
Link reports to correct patient charts
Verify imaging metadata and timestamps
Support imaging requests from clinics
Follow HIPAA and imaging confidentiality rules
