Remote Imaging Records Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized Entry-Level Imaging Records Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing , managing digital imaging files for healthcare partners.
This role is perfect for someone who wants exposure to radiology workflows. You’ll gain real-world experience labeling imaging results, linking reports to correct records, verifying imaging timestamps, and supporting imaging requests — all while being trained by professionals familiar with PACS and radiology documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and label imaging files
- Link reports to correct patient charts
- Verify imaging metadata and timestamps
- Support imaging requests from clinics
- Follow HIPAA and imaging confidentiality rules
