Lead Produce Department Clerk

Overview The Produce Department Lead is responsible for assisting and ensuring exceptional operational standards are being adhered to in the Produce Department, Chop Shoppe, and/or Juicery areas. They will ensure each area is fully stocked with fresh product and appeals to guests. Responsibilities Stock shelves and build displays. Prepare all fresh‑cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices. Cull, rotate, and pull product of less than high quality. Track shrink and verify production logs. Manage scheduling and order product. Ensure food safety standards are exceeded at all times. Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring superior quality and freshness of all products. Engage guests through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling. Attract guests by creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. Understand health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
