Afterhours RN Care Manager
Heartland Hospice
Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, seeks an Afterhours RN Care Manager to provide triage, crisis intervention, and skilled nursing care to hospice patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
