Interaction Designer

Job Summary The Interaction Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs and seamless digital experiences. The role focuses on designing workflows, interfaces, and prototypes that enhance usability across digital platforms while collaborating with UX, product, and development teams. Key Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models Collaborate closely with UX, product, and development teams Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs Ensure design consistency with standards and accessibility guidelines Continuously improve user experience across digital platforms Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in Interaction Design / UX Design Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (or equivalent) Deep understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Competencies Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive designs Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual and interaction design Analytical mindset with focus on usability and accessibility Preferred Skills Experience working in agile product development environments Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for collaboration with development teams Prophecy Technologies
