Senior Product Designer Our client is a growing technology organization focused on creating impactful employee experience products. They are building thoughtful, user-centered solutions that support employees, managers, and HR professionals through modern, intuitive digital experiences. What Our Client Needs Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design initiatives across key product areas. This role will drive work from discovery through launch while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, scalable user experiences. You communicate clearly, approach challenges with curiosity, and care deeply about delivering polished, accessible experiences. What You'll Do Own design for assigned product areas from discovery through launch with minimal oversight Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to detail Clarify requirements and advocate for user-centered solutions Manage multiple priorities while proactively identifying and resolving blockers Conduct generative and evaluative research using qualitative and quantitative methods Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations Design scalable components and contribute to design system governance Consider accessibility, responsive design, localization, dark mode, and edge cases in all work Present work confidently and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders Support a collaborative team culture grounded in trust, curiosity, and continuous improvement This role may include collaboration across multiple teams and business functions. Supervisory responsibilities are not expected. What You'll Need 3–7 years of product design experience with ownership of complex projects from concept to launch Strong skills across UX research, information architecture, interaction design, UX strategy, and visual design Experience creating or extending scalable design systems and patterns Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and high-quality execution Experience collaborating effectively in Agile or Scrum environments Proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, and Google Drive Knowledge of inclusive design practices and WCAG accessibility standards Experience designing complex B2B products with multi-user workflows Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with HR technology, SaaS products, analytics tools, or behavioral data platforms is a plus What They Offer Competitive compensation range of 100k - 120k Opportunity to shape and influence a growing design practice Ownership of meaningful, high-impact product work Collaborative environment with experienced design leadership and cross-functional partners Growth opportunities as the team and organization continue to evolve Work focused on improving how people experience the workplace Equal Opportunity Statement Our client believes that diversity fuels innovation, strengthens teams, and drives success.
