Occupational Therapist, PRN, Outpatient Rehab, Nassau Clinic

Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the adult outpatient rehab services department in Fernandina Beach, Florida. This is a PRN, Day shift position. We are looking to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This PRN position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general occupational therapy care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics. Job Responsibilities: Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. Provides extensive patient/family education. Works with multidisciplinary team care. Provides in-services to physicians and hospital staff. Experience Requirements: At least one year of Occupational Therapy experience in an outpatient setting. At least one year of pelvic health patient care. Education & Credential Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy. Licensed Occupational Therapist from the Florida Department of Health. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
