We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager, for the Trenton (NJ) / Bucks County (PA) region. Renewal of Greater NYC works directly with property owners, insurance professionals, and restoration contractors to provide compassionate, high-quality service during challenging times. What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain successful relationships that produce sales revenue growth.

• Identify new opportunities and advance existing client relationships by proactively communicating and connecting via phone, email, text, and in-person visits. 

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your respective territory. 

• Develop and manage target accounts engaging in daily routes visiting prospective clients

• Plan for and achieve Sales Targets identifying new opportunities and advancing existing relationships

• Set and attend face-to-face meetings to establish new business relationships

• Visit job sites meeting with property owners, insurance agents and other stakeholders to assess project scope and identify client needs while providing professionalism and empathy

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored service solutions

• Handle objections and challenges with professionalism and confidence to close new business

• Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process and beyond

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and existing client relationships

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

• Collaborate on content for email marketing and assist with organizing company events

• Serve as a liaison between the client and our organization

• Participate in regular internal sales meetings presenting territory achievements, challenges, market and industry trends.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience

• Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts

• Compassion, integrity, accountability and the ability to align with our core values while developing new and existing business.

• Strategic and organized; you approach your sales with a defined strategy and goal in mind and always understand where you are in the sales process with your prospects/clients

• Winner attitude, you always strive to be the best at whatever you choose to do

• A self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic, grit, and desire to challenge yourself.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• A passion for relationship-building and customer service

• Willingness to travel frequently within the region, including occasional overnight stays for industry events and conferences.

• Ability to work in the field at sites where fire, flood or other damage has occurred.

• Experience with restoration, remediation, insurance a big plus!

What We Offer: Compensation and Total Rewards

• Base Annual Salary and uncapped commission

o Base Annual Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000

Individual base annual salary will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to

location, scope and responsibilities of the role, qualifications as well as business needs. xhyhwjd

o Estimated annual earnings: $65,000 to $120,000 USD (Includes Base salary plus estimated

uncapped commission structure per territory)
