Compensation: Up to $58/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a growing team responsible for delivering data-driven solutions that support business operations, reporting, analytics, and decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full data lifecycle, including data extraction, transformation, analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and process automation.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Python skills and experience working with data pipelines, business intelligence tools, cloud-based data platforms, or reporting solutions. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data and wants exposure to both analytics and data engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Support the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Use Python to automate processes, transform data, and support reporting initiatives.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within large datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain business intelligence and reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and pipeline issues.
• Support cloud-based analytics environments and modern data platforms.
• Contribute to automation, process improvement, and emerging AI-driven initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices are followed throughout the reporting lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, joining, transforming, and validating data.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, ETL processes, or data transformation.
• Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.
• Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and business intelligence concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
