OB-GYN Laborist and Medical Director

CompHealth is seeking a Board-Certified OB-GYN for a hybrid Laborist and Medical Director role in Syracuse, a thriving college town recognized for its quality of life. The role involves a balanced schedule and leadership in developing the Women and Infants service line.

Practice Info

• Hybrid role: 0.9 FTE Laborist and 0.1 FTE Medical Director
• Strong midwifery, OB-GYN partners, and subspecialist support
• Access to robotics and advanced minimally invasive surgery
• Academic affiliation with residency training programs
• Manage 16-20 patients daily, expanding to 25-30

Compensation

• Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations
• Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay
• Annual salary: $325,000 - $340,000

Shift & Schedule

• Seven 24-hour shifts per month with no additional call
