We’re looking for a talented, experienced Video Editor who can turn raw footage into compelling content that captures attention, tells our story, and drives results.

About the Role

The Video Editor will create high-quality video content for social media, digital advertising, television commercials, YouTube, websites, customer testimonials, company events, and internal communications.

This role is ideal for a creative, self-driven professional who understands that great video content does more than look good—it engages audiences, generates leads, and supports business growth. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team, producers, and videographers to bring creative ideas to life while maintaining WinChoice’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging video content for social media, digital advertising, television, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Edit long-form content, including customer testimonials, interviews, brand stories, training videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, sound design, and final video mastering.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, captions, titles, lower thirds, and visual effects as needed.
• Develop compelling storylines and attention-grabbing hooks that increase viewer engagement and conversions.
• Repurpose existing footage into fresh content and create multiple versions optimized for different platforms and audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership, producers, and videographers to execute creative campaigns.
• Stay current with social media trends, editing techniques, and emerging content formats.
• Organize and maintain media libraries, project files, and footage backups using consistent file management practices.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Use performance insights and content analytics to help improve future video content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve and/or CapCut.
• Demonstrated experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual communication, and audience engagement.
• Experience with color correction, audio editing, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to accept feedback and quickly implement revisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Digital Media, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience producing video content for advertising, lead generation, and sales-focused campaigns.
• Motion graphics, animation, and visual effects experience.
• Knowledge of camera codecs, video formats, and professional post-production workflows.
• Experience with color grading and sound design.
• Understanding of content performance analytics and video optimization.
• Cinematography or photography experience is a plus.
