- # Leasing Administrator - CommercialApply: Los Angeles: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-102792**Job Description:**The Leasing Administrator is responsible for assisting the Leasing Department team in the preparation, execution, and management of leasing transactions and legal documents. The administrator engages in coordinating and assisting with all day-to-day functions of the leasing department.**Perks & Benefits**:When you feel good, you do good. In addition, we offer:* 3 weeks PTO (15 days)* 401(k) match* Annual education allowance of up to $1,000* Referral program* Residential housing discount after 1 year of continuous employment* Friends and family rates for our Hotel Properties throughout the company* 401(k) match**What Will You do?*** Drafts Commercial Real Estate agreements including Leases, Licenses, Amending Agreements, Assignments, and Subleases.* Draft’s indemnity agreements, guarantor agreements, estoppel agreements and negotiating Letter of credits forms.* Coordinate the processing, documentation and execution of all leases related documents including letters of intent, broker agreements, leases, amendments and renewals.* Enters documents and information in OLS.* Ensures that all accounts payables are processed in accordance with commission agreements or other agreements as necessary.* Negotiates subsidiary contract with tenants following company compliance standards* Responsible for conducting corporate ID searches.* Tracks all critical Lease dates including lease execution, possession, option notice, expiration and ensures all updates are timely and accurately made in all internal files.* Manages the department’s step-down language database.* Proofreads documents for accuracy and consistency.* Performs other duties are required.**What You Bring.*** Legal Administrative Assistant experience* Minimum of three (3) years working in Commercial Real Estate as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal* Bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate is a plus).* Computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office* Excellent planning, organizational and follow-up skills* Meticulous attention to detail.* High ethical standards and professional integrity.* Ability to work independently and on a team.* Ability to work well under pressure and quick multi-tasker* Notary Public license a plus.Onni Properties, LLC (“Onni”) will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, and other local ordinance, as applicable.
