Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer

Job Title: eLearning Developer Location: New York, NY 10041 Duration: 3+ months (Possible Extension or Full-time conversions) Shift: Days - 5 days/week, 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week Schedule Notes: Full-time equivalent schedule; system-wide learning and development initiatives; PeopleSoft ELM environment Work Setting: Hybrid / Non-Clinical – Workforce Development Pay Range: $60 to $65/hr. on W2 Job Summary Design, develop, and implement system-wide e-learning and instructional design solutions to support learning and development initiatives. Create regulatory training modules, interactive online learning content, videos, and training materials while managing deployment through the PeopleSoft ELM environment. Education Bachelor's Degree required. Responsibilities Design and develop e-learning courses and instructional content. Create interactive learning using Articulate Storyline, Studio, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, and Audacity. Develop microlearning modules, training videos, and instructional materials. Design graphics, flyers, manuals, brochures, and training catalogs. Perform module testing and upload content to PeopleSoft ELM. Support system-wide learning and development initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of eLearning development experience. Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate. Instructional Design.
