About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Call Center) to support our customer service team and ensure smooth, accurate order handling. If you enjoy staying organized, working with customers, and keeping things running behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily order reports to keep workflow moving efficiently.
  
  
• Assist customers by updating address information and processing account changes, downgrades, and cancellations.
  
  
• Organize and file order documents for easy retrieval.
  
  
• Pull order copies and documents for Customer Service and Collections teams.
  
  
• Help prepare and process invoices.
  
  
• Support the order entry and order receipt teams during high-volume periods.
  
  
• Jump in on special projects and additional tasks as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of call center customer service experience.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  
• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
  
• Proficient with Windows-based systems; strong Excel skills.
  
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
