Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description: Missouri Organic Recycling is currently seeking a dependable, organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance and administration teams with daily, full cycle accounting responsibilities. This role is ideal for problem solvers who value being part of a team. Pay: Starting at $22.00 USD per hour Key Responsibilities: Generate and send invoice to customers on a weekly basis Verify accuracy of billing data Resolve billing discrepancies Record customer payments Reconcile accounts receivable general ledger Manage collections and follow up on overdue payments Prepare all deposits timely and accurately Prepare accounts receivable reports Provide updates on account status Assist with audits Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or CEO. Qualification we Consider: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in accounts receivable or related field Proficiency in accounting software Attention to detail Strong problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
