Pay Range: Starting at $18/hour Job Description: Your Impact Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and making a real difference? As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to elevate customer experiences while playing a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective customer support. Job Duties: How You Win Everyday Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist our customers in scheduling a free appointment with one of our experts. Strive to meet or exceed your metrics for converting leads into scheduled appointments, while also focusing on appointment retention. Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth communication and provide a personal touch with our homeowners.
