RN Case Manager - Clinical Supervisor

Promote and enhance staff clinical expertise to provide safe, quality nursing care Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care and documentation as necessary Assist with interviewing, selecting, training and validating new clinical staff Participate in releasing patients from facilities to their homes through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations Collaborate with operations and business development teams Manage, evaluate and develop nursing talent internally Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local and Aveanna policies and procedures Ensure quality assurance of clinical documentation Coordinate care with ancillary healthcare providers Provide professional guidance to field staff and help monitor clinical excellence Requirements Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice Must be able to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory Must have reliable transportation Valid driver’s license and must pass MVR check Current CPR certification from AHA Must be willing to supervise nurses providing in-home skilled nursing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in clinical nursing care, staff training, and quality assurance while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Capable of managing nursing talent and coordinating care with various healthcare providers.
