Position Summary: The ISS Program Manager oversees the daily operations of our Individualized Skills & Socialization program, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services. This role provides leadership to staff, supports program development, ensures compliance with regulations, and promotes a positive, engaging environment for individuals served. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support staff to ensure effective service delivery * Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback * Oversee daily program activities and ensure client-centered care * Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance standards * Assist with hiring, scheduling, and program development * Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment Qualifications: * High school diploma required (degree preferred) * Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities * Valid Texas driver's license required Join a team that values Faith, Family, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
