Retail Assistant Store Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE The Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team in all areas of operations and team leadership, driving store performance and profitability. COMPENSATION Starting Hourly Rate: $18.93 – $20.08. Competitive pay with regular increases, generous discounts on Skechers products, and additional benefits to be reviewed during the interview. WHAT YOU WILL DO Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet brand standards. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and maintain a seamless sales floor. Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and daily processes; occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50lb. Sales Management: Drive revenue growth through performance strategies, goal setting, and exceeding targets. Problem‑Solving: Address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns promptly. REQUIREMENTS Must be 18years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience (preferred). Proven sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
