Erie High School is seeking a Student Concessions Coordinator to oversee student workers and assist with the operation of concession stands during athletic events. This role helps organize schedules, manage inventory, and ensure a positive experience for students and fans. Strong organizational and leadership skills are preferred.

Extra duty assignments are specific formal assignments requiring work outside the regular work day for the completion of curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities and projects approved and scheduled by District leadership. Extra duty assignments may require individual and/or group work specific to the activity or project purpose.

Essential duties and responsibilities include supporting the school or department by performing the work outlined on the Extra Duty Assignment job posting, providing leadership and student supervision as required, documenting outcomes and results, and communicating with students, staff, administration and parents when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and related work experience required include a high school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent. Experience/knowledge/skills in specific project or activity related field is required.

Licenses/certifications/registrations required include U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) and a criminal background check required for hire.

Technical skills/knowledge/abilities include demonstrated knowledge of the specific activity or project and related experience as determined by the administration, oral and written communication skills, English language skills, interpersonal relations skills, personal computer and keyboarding skills, customer service and public relations skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ability to manage multiple priorities, ability to work with individuals or groups with diverse backgrounds and abilities, ability to promote and follow Board of Education policies, Superintendent policies and building and department procedures, ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator, and ability and willingness to adhere to attendance requirements and to follow district procedures for absence reporting.
