This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support. Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details. Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system. Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates. Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues. Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations. Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License . 1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents with the right drive are encouraged to apply - our Accelerated Income Program is designed for you."
