Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

The Senior Manager of Product Marketing plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the RedBull U.S. Consumer Activation and Brand Building Event strategy to drive business growth. This role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to a team of three product marketers, as well as the Regional Brand Marketing Teams, to ensure all campaigns are developed efficiently and effectively to grow brand love, relevance, and consumption. In this role, you will guide and inspire cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling, insight-driven brand marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers and deliver measurable business results. From crafting campaign strategies and engaging activations to bringing integrated programs to life across channels and customer platforms, you will ensure every initiative reflects our brand identity and delivers a cohesive, high-impact consumer experience. As a key member of the U.S. Brand Marketing Team, you will lead the development of the RBNA Consumer Activation and Brand Building Event strategy, ensuring full organizational buy-in. Therefore, as the Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, you will work collaboratively with Marketing, On- and Off-Premise Sales, Media, Regional teams, and Field Marketing, as well as key agency partners.
