Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
- Day shift, 8-hour shifts for 5 days

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- PT license
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty within the last 3 months
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if the license was obtained on or after January 2016 or a foreign equivalent
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and strategies for health improvement.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

- Admin fee is already deducted from rate.
