Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients’ mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique preferences and needs of each client.

• Compiling and maintaining accurate clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in patient care.

• Interacting and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members — including psychiatrists and psychologists — to create a network of care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s mental health.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance treatment methodologies and promote professional development.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources for additional support.
\n
• Staying updated on the latest mental health research and integrating new findings into your clinical practice to improve patient outcomes.

• Managing a caseload effectively to ensure timely progress towards treatment goals while adhering to ethical and professional standards as set out by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from diverse backgrounds, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As an LCSW, you will work with patients of varying ages, primarily focusing on those in an outpatient setting where they seek guidance and support for their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• At least three years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy.
