Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Managing lifecycle marketing programs for a portfolio of clients, the full-time Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will develop, launch, and optimize strategies across email, SMS, and other channels to enhance customer engagement and retention in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Overseeing the execution of customer journey strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation Designing and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, nurture, and win-back programs Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to clients through regular reporting and performance discussions Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation with relevant platforms Proven expertise in executing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies Experience with web analytics tools and setting up UTM tracking Ability to manage client relationships and present campaign performance effectively
