Position Overview Assisting in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. The assistant manager interacts with customers, leading the customer experience and strategizing to achieve team sales goals. What You’ll Do Assist in supervising a store team to create a memorable shopping experience. Interact with customers regularly and lead the customer experience alongside the team. Strategize and work to achieve team sales goals. Serve as a key holder and efficiently and accurately execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.
