Bilingual Customer Service Associate

RemX is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a reputable client located in Sandy Springs GA
Pay rate: $19.00/hour starting pay
- Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite
- Office Location:
- Sandy Springs, GA
- Must have Call Center or Contact Center Experience
- Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Gather customer information, assess needs, provide solutions, and document interactions.
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
- Balance customer needs with company policies and procedures.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPI metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
