While 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Medical Technologist (MT) is preferred, motivated individuals looking to grow in the field are also encouraged to apply. National certification from ASCP or AMT, or eligibility for certification, is essential to demonstrate proficiency in laboratory practices.
