Field Service Representative I – St. Louis, MO Solventum is a leading provider of innovative medical device solutions, committed to improving patient outcomes and supporting healthcare professionals. The impact you'll make in this role This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, including delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting‑edge medical device equipment. You will interface with customers daily to build, cultivate, and maintain superior relationships, perform inventory management, clean and process equipment, and manage loading/unloading. Responsibilities Support customers, including patients and hospital staff, by providing superior customer service and customer‑centric solutions. Prepare medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation for delivery. Track inventory control of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed. Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles. Attend training and other scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel. Qualifications – Minimum High School Diploma or GED. One (1) year of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties. Fit the physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Current, valid driver’s license. Additional Qualifications Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution. Strong customer service, adaptability, time management, and the ability to work independently. Additional Requirements • May be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities that may require licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials. Solventum will share required information in compliance with law and policy.

• Travel: up to 25% domestic travel.
• Relocation is not authorized.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is $43,920 – $60,390, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors such as relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
