Tons of room for growth & career development internally.Job DescriptionManaging multiple projects in various locations, touring sites daily during construction. Participating in the design process providing budget, schedule, and construct-ability input. Reviewing and interpreting plans & specifications. Managing relationships and interfacing with appropriate personnel on a daily basis. Preparing requests for proposals, analyzing/aligning bids, making award recommendation. Negotiating and preparing construction & consultant contracts. Providing day-to-day management, technical direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities. Reviewing and tracking project invoices, RFIs, Submitals, Budgets. Developing, managing, and updating project schedule. Evaluating and negotiating pay requests and change orders. Working with property management team. Leading regularly scheduled meetings. Administering punch list and project close-out activities. Demonstrates good judgement and professionalism. Handle multiple tasks in an organized manner. Produce quality work on strict deadlines. Strong technical abilities with construction systems.
