Job Description

· Perform first piece and final inspection to ensure product quality and compliance with aerospace standards

· Operate and utilize CMM equipment to conduct precise dimensional measurements

· Maintain and manage comprehensive quality documentation and inspection records

· AS9100 Support and uphold TS and ISO quality management systems

· Prepare and manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation packages

Key Requirements

· Proven experience conducting first piece inspection in a manufacturing environment

· Proficiency with precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and gauges

· Strong documentation and record-keeping skills related to quality processes

· Prior aerospace industry experience
