Southpaws Perfect Pizza & Sports Pub in Albany, OR, is on the hunt for a dependable and organized Daytime Kitchen Manager to take charge of our kitchen operations. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working with a close‑knit team, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing day‑to‑day kitchen operations. Managing inventory and placing orders to keep the kitchen stocked and ready. Leading and supporting a team of kitchen staff to deliver high‑quality food and service. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Jumping in to assist with food prep and service whenever needed. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of kitchen/restaurant management experience. A strong understanding of ordering and inventory management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A reliable and proactive approach to keeping the kitchen running smoothly. A team‑oriented mindset and a willingness to work alongside your staff. Schedule Details Approximately 30 hours per week . Primarily daytime hours , with the possibility of some evening shifts. Why Join Southpaws?
