Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist / PT for a full-time skilled nursing / post-acute rehab assignment at Heritage Hall - Front Royal in Front Royal, Virginia.

Continuum Therapy Partners is the therapy provider supporting the facility directly. Our travelers work with a team that understands the facility, therapy program, onboarding process, clinical expectations, and day-to-day support needs. For travelers, this creates a more direct experience with clearer communication, faster answers, and better visibility into the assignment.

What You’ll Do

As a travel PT, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing / post-acute rehab setting, develop individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support functional outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Active Virginia Physical Therapist license
Skilled nursing, post-acute, or geriatric rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility leadership
Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician

Pay and Benefits

Estimated weekly gross pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax withholdings, and approved reimbursements. Full pay package details will be reviewed during the screening process.
