Cole Law Group, PC is seeking an ambitious and motivated Associate Litigation Attorney who is looking for meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and entrepreneurial legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
Handle written discovery, including requests and responses
Manage case deadlines, dockets, and client communications
Communicate with opposing counsel, court clerks, and judicial chambers
Attend and conduct procedural and administrative hearings
Support overall case strategy and litigation management

Compensation & Benefits

Expected salary range: $85,000 – $140,000+ annually, depending on experience
