Job Description Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trials Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical guidance Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex litigation matters Manage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar 2+ years of litigation experience Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently Experience in transportation, construction, or product liability litigation is a plus Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that values professionalism, mentorship, and long‑term growth.
