Practice Info Outpatient care setting, both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine Treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults Multidisciplinary team environment alongside experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners Well-appointed offices equipped with an EMR system and electronic prescribing Peer consultation groups and regular Grand Rounds led by subject matter experts Responsibilities Provide psychiatric patient care in an outpatient setting Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice Build a caseload aligned with interests and areas of expertise using the Care Matching model Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs (optional for interested psychiatrists) Compensation $300,000 - $373,000 a year Competitive compensation package Above average W2 compensation package Compensation model based on productivity Cash bonus program for high productivity Sign-on bonus Compensation for supervising PMHNP's Yearly compensation for CME's Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match CME stipend Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Shift & Schedule Part time or full time Outpatient (weekday) In-person or in hybrid models Flexible scheduling and appointment lengths Qualifications M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine required Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology required A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date) required
