Summary of Role:

Help shape the future of our organization. With your extensive experience, you will lead daily People operations, streamline onboarding and offboarding, coordinate contribution reviews, and implement best practices to ensure a productive and supportive work environment. Your role will be crucial in recruiting top talent and fostering a culture that aligns with our values and mission. By promoting our agile ways of working, you will help build an efficient remote-working environment.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to help new hires integrate smoothly.
• Support the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
• Implement and manage our contribution review system.
• Foster a positive and inclusive remote workplace culture.
• Manage HRIS accuracy, keep team members’ records up to date, and maintain documentation.
• Develop, communicate, implement, and update our standard operating procedures.

Who Are We Looking For?

• In-depth understanding of HR and People operations best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Organizational skills - the ability to prioritize and manage time and multiple tasks independently.
• Attentive communication - the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
