Job Title

Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (General Care)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 hours per week | Day/Night Rotating | Every Other Holiday | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a general medical-surgical care unit
• Manage and monitor patient conditions across day and night rotating shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level I facility
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to quickly integrate into new clinical settings
