Estamos buscando un Especialista en Neumáticos responsable, confiable y con buena disposición para unirse a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento.

El Especialista en Neumáticos será responsable de inspeccionar, mantener, reparar y reemplazar neumáticos de camiones y remolques comerciales, asegurándose de que todo el trabajo se realice de manera segura, eficiente y de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y de la industria.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Inspeccionar los neumáticos para detectar desgaste, daños y posibles problemas de seguridad.
  • Montar, desmontar, balancear y reparar neumáticos de camiones y remolques comerciales.
  • Realizar rotaciones de neumáticos y verificar la presión.
  • Reemplazar neumáticos desgastados o dañados de manera oportuna.
  • Mantener registros precisos del inventario, reemplazos y servicios realizados.
  • Asegurarse de seguir correctamente los procedimientos de instalación y torque.
  • Atender servicios en carretera y reparaciones de emergencia de neumáticos cuando sea necesario.
  • Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de seguridad y mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
Requisitos:

  • La experiencia trabajando con neumáticos de camiones y remolques comerciales es preferible, pero no es obligatoria .
  • Buena capacidad mecánica y habilidades prácticas.
  • Capacidad para utilizar equipos y herramientas para neumáticos de manera segura y correcta.
  • Atención al detalle y compromiso con la seguridad.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de taller dinámico.
  • Capacidad física para levantar y manipular neumáticos y equipos pesados.
  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas de taller y procedimientos de mantenimiento.

Calificaciones preferidas:

  • Experiencia previa en un taller de camiones o en mantenimiento de flotas.
  • Experiencia en reparación de neumáticos en carretera — será una gran ventaja.
  • Conocimiento de las normas de seguridad del DOT.

  • Responsabilidad y fuerte ética de trabajo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Habilidad para resolver problemas tanto en el taller como en situaciones de servicio en carretera.
  • Buena organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender y desarrollarse profesionalment
