Remote Human Resources SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare company to fill their open Remote Human Resources Specialist job. This company is based in Denver, CO but you will be able to work remotely using company-provided equipment. Candidates local to Denver will have the ability to come to the office onsite in Downtown on a hybrid schedule if they please.This is a temporary position that is expected to last at least 6 months. Depending on our client's future staffing needs and your performance, this role may be extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn $20.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).ResponsibilitiesResponding to teammates' Human Resources inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, talent management, etc. and providing guidanceResolving minor conflicts and Human Resources issues and escalating issues as neededAssisting with coaching and teaching team membersManaging case management and HRIS software to research, document, and track casesAssisting with improving work processes and workflows to increase the team's efficiencyAll other related tasks as requiredQualificationsAt least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources rolePrevious experience in a shared services or Human Resources support environment preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsPrevious experience with ServiceNow, Now Assist, and/or Workday software preferredExcellent problem-solving skillsCompensationHourly rate of $20.00.
