We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR professional to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team! Responsibilities: Handle employee HR inquiries via calls/emails/tickets Support HR operations and administrative activities Maintain employee records in HR systems Assist with reporting, HR metrics, and documentation Provide support for HR policies, payroll, benefits, and onboarding processes Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business teams Required Skills: Customer Service Experience HR Administration / HR Operations Experience Contact Center or Shared Services Background Strong Communication Skills MS Excel & HR Systems Knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Workday or HRIS/HCM experience Bachelor's Degree 0 2 years of HR/Admin experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Avacend
