Sales Support Specialist

Position Overview

PrideStaff is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist for a growing company in Poway, CA. In this role, you will act as the primary operational and administrative liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and external clients. By managing CRM data, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and resolving customer inquiries, this position plays an essential role in streamlining the sales pipeline and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming customer orders, monitor shipment milestones, and coordinate directly with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Maintain, clean, and update client records in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to guarantee data accuracy, track inbound leads, and generate active pipeline reports.
  
• Customer Service & Client Liaison: Serve as a reliable internal point of contact for clients, handling inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, order status, and billing or delivery issues.
  
• Compile and format weekly and monthly sales metrics, revenue summaries, and expense reports for sales leadership review.
  
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align on promotional efforts, inventory availability, and contract sign-offs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales support, corporate administration, or high-level customer service.
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
• P rofessional verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone and email etiquette.
  
• Excellent time-management abilities with a proven track record of prioritizing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proactive problem solver capable of troubleshooting logistics issues or order delays quickly and calmly.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $24.00
