ServiceNow Portal Developer

ServiceNow Portal DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer to own and enhance a customer-facing ServiceNow Portal. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on creating modern, accessible, and user-friendly experiences. This role will also support Salesforce and Pardot administration activities for Outreach and Growth functions.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets for existing and potential customers.Develop modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Optimize ServiceNow Portal search functionality using advanced tags and filters.Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve and enhance the Portal interface.Support Salesforce and Pardot administration activities related to customer outreach and growth.Investigate user experience issues and propose alternative designs to support continual service improvement.Ensure compatibility across browsers and mobile interfaces.Required SkillsUndergraduate degree.Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS.Strong proficiency in JavaScript.Strong UI/UX design expertise.Experience developing and enhancing ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets.Desired SkillsITIL Foundations certification or knowledge.Familiarity with Section 508 (EIR) accessibility compliance.Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Experience with ServiceNow system properties and update sets.Knowledge of workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules.Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and mobile interfaces.Ability to support continual service improvement through investigation and alternative design recommendations.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
