Job Description Senior Controls Technician Overview: We are seeking a Senior Controls Technician with 5+ years of experience in building automation systems. This role involves programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and leading controls projects across regional jobsites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, configure, and integrate control systems (Delta, Distech, Tridium)
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
- Lead and mentor junior technicians
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- 5+ years of experience in controls system installation, programming, and commissioning
- Proficiency in BACnet, Modbus, and other industry-standard protocols
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
