Nurse Manager - Patient Safety Attendants

Role: Nurse Manager responsible for overseeing the patient observation program, including Patient Safety Attendants (PSAs) and Virtual Patient Safety Attendants (VPSAs). Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, allocate resources to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care, and optimize monitoring equipment and IT connectivity. Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Integrate clinical, human, and financial data to support decision-making and maintain downtime procedures to uphold patient safety. Qualifications & Skills BSN or equivalent required; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Current RN licensure with the appropriate state board and BLS certification. Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical hospital settings with demonstrated leadership skills. Previous leadership experience is preferred.
