Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for receiving inspection, final inspection, testing support, and other quality control duties. You will ensure compliance of product, process, and paperwork through visual, variable, and attribute inspection to all specifications, adhering to statutory, regulatory, and customer standards as well as industry (AS9100) and TFI Quality Management System (QMS) processes.

Responsibilities:

• Document all non-conformances on quality logs and communicate occurrences to appropriate teams and management.
• Initiate NCRs, ICARs, and SCARs for supplier parts as required.
• Perform detailed measurement inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and linear scales.
• Ensure data integrity and report inspection compliance status.
• Support the non-conforming material control process through defect identification and facilitating PMRB actions.
• Update and record job-related information in systems like SAGE or other quality tracking systems.
• Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Avon, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
