Rental Yard Associate

Full-Time Rental Yard Associate Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous way. Ensure rental equipment is properly displayed and organized. Assist customers with rental equipment (pick-up, drop-off). Inspect rental equipment for damage, cleanliness, and operational functionality before and after pick-up and drop-off. Assist in coordinating rental equipment maintenance, repairs, and cleaning as necessary. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Basic computer skills for accessing computer software systems to obtain product information. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in customer service, rental or retail preferred. Previous experience with construction tools and equipment preferred.
