Operations Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for new employee onboarding Coordinate and track onboarding documentation and compliance requirements Research and initiate contact with vendors to establish appropriate points of contact Build and maintain organized vendor contact databases Route qualified vendor contacts and opportunities to the Sales team Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency Qualifications Associate degree preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong research and information-gathering abilities Confident and professional demeanor Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven (“go-getter” mindset) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Alert IT Solutions, Inc.
